Men's Club Captain Report

Dear Members

Last week we played a single par, well at least the morning field did! Joint players of the day, Ian James and Gary Iti on plus 6. That’s a fine effort in tough conditions.

With the afternoon field cancelled the Eureka Paterson and Corstorphine cups have been pushed this out a week so hopefully this suits everyone involved but if not please let me know and we will make the appropriate calls.

This week we play the third round of the Eureka Paterson & Corstorphine cups and a single stableford for the rest of the field.

Congratulations to Albie Reed, Jakob Bleach & Will Summers for their selection in the Otago Men's senior team to play against Southland. Also, to Chris Snow making the men's master's team.

Missing from the list is Parker Aluesi and Connor Howes who are away with Patrick playing in the Charles Tour Mount Open.

Congratulations and good luck to all.

A reminder Calcutta tickets go on sale this week.

Regards

Women's Club Captain Report

Hey everyone,

On Saturday we had the last round of our 3 seasons stableford which has been a new addition to the women's calendar this year (made up of red tee, yellow tee and white tee days). Congrats to Megan Phillips who took this out with 96 stablefords, followed by Hannah West on 94 and Jocelyn Livesey on 92.

Coming up in the calendar

- 16th/20th September - Stableford

- 23rd/27th September - Greensomes (A team of 2 players where each player plays the first two shots of the holes with their own ball and then the preferred ball is chosen. If player A’s ball is chosen then player B plays the next shot and alternate until the ball is holed.)

Regards
Hannah West

Subscriptions – Membership Update

At the upcoming AGM on Wednesday, 24 September, subscriptions for the coming year will be discussed and confirmed. As many of you will know, membership subscriptions are set annually at the AGM.

Because of this timing, monthly subscription payments for those whose memberships roll over in September will be slightly delayed. We will process these within a couple of days following the AGM, with the 20th of the month run completed no later than 26 September.

Thank you for your understanding.
